In our World we always choose our Heart size … of course y’all know this!
A syndrome of course is a characteristic combination of opinions, emotions, behavoirs etc. So when I’m talking about the ITTY-BITTY HEART SYNDROME it’s all the characteristics that make up smalleness of heart. Not the physical size, but the more significant Heart Energy Field from which we live our life.
Low-energy patterns are weak and synonymous with negative characteristics that we ourselves are responsible for, because ultimately we’re the only thinkers in our world. We choose each moment what thoughts and opinions we want, how we want to feel about any and everything and how we will then act out our life. For example the low-energy of ANGER comes out of our Egocentric Survival Impetus and when it dominates our way of life it’s easy to see. Anger selfishly justifies vengeance, resentments, hate, aggressiveness, over-sensitivity, and when coupled with PRIDE – that overbearing opinion of ones worth – can and does prove toxic across the human experience. Close to home the ITTY-BITTY HEART SYNDROME arrogantly shows up as disapproval, disdain, judgement etc. of our fellow man for NOT being or doing or having “our” Approval, Permission, or Endorsement of their manners, education, CULTURE etc. Family/Tribe/Group pack benifits include care and safety for each of it’s members, though perhaps we can expand our hearts past attitudes of my “family/kids/life/religion/politics are way more important than yours”. The ITTY-BITTY HEART SYNDROME operates on the larger cultural stage as a climate of dictatorial, prejudiced, expoitive and demeaning social norms that champion chauvinistic Nationalism, segregation, famine, wars, and holocaust/genocide.
The LARGENESS OF HEART solution is to promote the POSITIVE; to choose to be unconditionally kind and compassionate to ourselves and others.
The World’s Ugliest Dog contest is a perfect example of unconditional love. Giving LOVE = Largeness of Heart.
